Today movement is bent over barbell rows with pull ups until failure. Oh yeah this is going to burn! We really like a exercise like this to start off our workouts. It really gets the blood flowing and the heart rate up. I started doing these in college when I got bored doing the same thing. We like to do 4 sets of 8 reps and then hit pull ups until failure after each set of rows! Let us know what you think! If you have an idea for exercise of the day we want to here it!
