Flex Friday!!!! We’re bringing out the big guns today and hitting close grip bench press. Everybody gets caught up with biceps for big arms but your triceps make up the majority of muscles in your arms. Depending on when we hit close grip in the workout the sets will vary. If we start with close grip we like to hit a couple warm up sets then move to four to six working sets for 8-10 reps. If we hit close grip bench in the middle of the workout we only hit 4 sets of 8-10 reps.
