Landmine Chest Press
The landmine chest press is one of our favorite chest accessory movements that isn’t well known. The movement mainly targets the upper chest and inner chest. We use two hands to hold the bar but you can use one arm. We like to add this halfway through or at the end of our chest day with a super set like cable flys to get a real good burn in the chest.
Two Handed – Grab the bar with hands but letting the bar rest in your palms and interlocking your fingers at the top (picture above)
Single Arm – Use one hand to push the bar in the same motion as two handed (picture below)
Complete 4 sets 8-12 reps (each arm if doing single arm variation)
