Close Grip Lat Pull Downs
We’re hitting close grip lat pull downs. This isn’t your compound movement but an accessory movement. You want to add this as your third or fourth back workout.
This is going to hit your lats and by that I mean your going to feel a deep stretch in your entire lats.
You want the cable to stretch your lats completely. Have your arms fully extended above your head then pull the handles down to minimum your heart or lower on your chest.
Complete 4 sets 8-12 reps
