If you’ve been following us you know we like to hit legs on Monday. So with that today’s exercise of the day is step back barbell lunges, if your not comfortable using the barbell you can use dumbbells. We love to hit these right after back squat or front squat for sets of four with four reps on each leg. Your glutes are going to be screaming in 2 days!
